Portal “World War II” among our partners

We are pleased to welcome our media sponsors along on the second international expedition to the wreck of the escort destroyer ORP “Kujawiak” which starts in a few days and will last through June 17th.  They are joined by our newest sponsor, another historical portal,  “World War II” (http://www.sww.w.szu.pl/). It should be recalled that Historykon.pl (the second of our “guardians”) is one of the most popular historical networks and is used by thousands of professionals and supporters of history.  We gladly accepted their offer of assistance.
Readers of both portals will be informed about the progress and results of the two-week trip to Malta.
The author of the website “World War II” is Mateusz Łabuz, who in December 2005 created a small website dedicated to the greatest conflict in human history. Within a few years of development the site evolved into one of the biggest Polish dedicated portals, changing the layout and expanding its database of articles. In May 2009, after more than three years of activity a new version of the portal “World War II” was created.  The new version fully shows the character of the website – which has transformed itself  and grown from general descriptions of the war to depicting the history of the allied service.  The site has also become one of the ambassadors of Polish history by promoting numerous events, meetings, and conferences.  At the same time the website interacts with readers and the author tries to help users who often turn to him with questions. It provides great satisfaction as well as great responsibility.
